LIFETIME FAN WARRANTY: Effective on purchases after 1/1/2003, Aerodry warrants to the original purchaser that the one-piece molded aluminum fan be free of defects due to material or craftsmanship. This warranty does not include defects caused by restrictions on rotation, abuse or misuse (which includes, but is not limited to the fan exceeding 3600 RPM). This warranty does not include discoloration or stains. Aerodry will replace a defective fan at Aerodry's discretion after inspection of fan. On site labor to repair or replace is not included. Return of defective fan via prepaid freight to Aerodry is required before replacement. Aerodry is under no obligation to pay for repairs made by others without our written consent, nor does Aerodry accept responsibility for defects which may arise as the direct or indirect consequences of such repairs. Warranty, which is effective for the life of the system, is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
